Dear Team,
I want to know about is there any alternate LDO part available for the following conditions.
I have 2 major Condition.
1, It has to be AEC Qualified.
2, It has to be part with -55°C to 125°C Temp support
The above mentioned condition either 1 or 2 is enough. It is not must to follow both. it should be either AEC or the mentioned temp support.
Now comes the parameter requirement. This part is going to be used in 2 places
Part 1
My input voltage is 1.2V.
Planing output voltage is 0.925V
Current requirement 3A
Noise must be less than 15µRMS (if <15 not available <20 is preffered as worst case).
Part 2
My input voltage is 2.5V.
Planing output voltage is 1.8V
Current requirement 2A
Noise must be less than 15µRMS (if <15 not available <20 is preffered as worst case).
