My customer use TPSM843B22 EVM board to do the evaluation, the condition is:

Vin=12V

Vout=5V
-
Iout=15A
-
Pd=7W (Pin-Pout)
After 30mins, the Tc goes to 101degC. (Ambient is 25 degC)
As datasheet mentioned, linear thermal transmittance JT=0.3C/W, we use this as RJC Theta
Could you pls kindly help to suggest the Tj?
Is "Tj=101+7x0.3=103.1" correctly? Or pls suggest correct Tj. Thanks a lot!
