Is TPSF12C1 able to use for dc power supply?
Is TPSF12C1 able to use for single-phase (split-phase) three-wire system (L1, L2, N)? Does the system needs TPSF12C3?

What about the question of split-phase? Does the system need TPSF12C1 or TPSF12C3?

The existing devices doesn't work for single-phase (split-phase) three-wire system.

There are some fundamental limitations with this device. It is no longer further recommended for use

Hi Naresh,

So TPSF12C1 is only used for single-phase two wire system. TPSF12C3 is only used for three phase four wire system. as written in an application example of datasheet.

Can you eraborate why TPSF12C3 isn't able to use at single phase three wire system? You mean connecting L1 to SENSE1, L2 to SENSE2, Neutral to SENSE4, and leave open to SENSE3 doesn't work? The first stage is summing the input, so I assume there can be no input signal on either input.
