UCC5390: Simulation issue

Part Number: UCC5390

Hello Experts,

In UCC5390 Single-Channel IsolatedGate Drivers i have facing some issue as we apply ouput voltage of +15V and -5V but the ouput i am getting is +15V and -3.4V why that negative voltage drop is occuring i dont get that one could you please help me that to get exact -5V.

Regarding Vee only I am applying -5V but am getting around 3.46 at the output … it should come -5V

Regards,

Likhith

  • Hi Likhith,

I have a few questions that may hopefully point us in the right direction:

    - Does it output -3.4V during a static low (IN = GND)? Or is it only -3.4V when IN is switching?

    - Could you please provide a schematic? I will double check it to make sure everything looks good.

    - Are you measuring 3.4V after the output resistor, or directly at the device's output pin?

    Best regards,

    Will
