Hello,

Regarding the PR1 voltage reference on TPS2116DRLR, is there a characteristic curve that shows its behaviour over temperature?

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out,

    There is no specific characteristic curve available for the PR1 voltage reference (VREF) temperature behavior in the TPS2116DRLR datasheet.

    But here the voltage ref characteristic curve is generally linear & predictable, at 27°C  Vref is 1V & it changes by + - 0.1%/°C when you go up & down respectively.
