BQ27Z558EVM-084: Issue with BQ27Z558EVM Gauge Detection in BQStudio

We have been working with the BQ27Z558EVM Gauge and trying to collect IVT data from the battery. I am using this EVM along with the EV2400 interface adaptor, connecting through the I²C ports of EV2400.
However, BQ-Studio is not able to detect the device. I have already updated the EV2400 firmware using the Firmware Updater Tool, but the issue persists. Additionally, I noticed that in the BQ-Studio device list, the BQ27Z558 model does not appear.
For your reference, I have attached the connection diagram. Please let me know if there are any additional steps or configurations required to enable detection.
