Hi team,

 

Is there a problem if 3.3 V is applied to the /FLT terminal and the LPM terminal before the voltage is applied to VBB? The power supply pulls up at 10k PU comes up before VBB. ->

is there a risk of wrong operatin, latch-up, IC damage, etc.?

Also, is there a problem if the SEL0/1, DIAG_EN, and ILIM terminals EN1/2/3/4 are applied before VBB? "

    Hi Shoo,

    As long as you are operating within the absolute max specs in the data sheet the device should not be damaged from operation, I would recommend putting the appropriate sized protection resistors to protect the device but other than that no damage should occur if it is applied before VBB is high
