TPS61040: TLV61048DBVR Boost Converter Clarification on graph of Efficiency vs Output Current

Part Number: TPS61040
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI, TPS61033

Dear TI support team,

We're planning to use TLV61048DBVR as boost converter for our following application, Vin: 3.3V, Vout: 3.8V, 3A ( Load will be 4G module, and 3A will be required for low time period).

As stated in features and electrical charcterstics , the following component can be used for such application, we've verified it with Simulation using reference TINA-TI design, and worked well enough. But still as per datasheet, the graph of Efficiencey vs Output Current isn't available above 500mA. (Graph from datasheet attached for your reference, page no.6).image.png

Can you clarify on following qureis:

1. Wheather to use or not this part for our specifications?

2. Is there any document which states its efficiency at 3A or more than 3A?

Looking forward to hear from you.

Regrads,

Deep
