Hi team,

I have a question about the TUSB546A-DCI USB Type-C™ DP ALT Mode Linear Redriver Crosspoint Switch. We used the "TUSB546A-DCI" module for the eDP for our external display on our current carrier board. We set 4 lane DP via the GPO Configuration Control Pins (CTL0 & CTL1). Of the four lanes, we only used DP0 & DP1. How must the unused differential inputs DP2 & DP3, SSRX & SSTX (from USB3 input) be connected/terminated?

There is no clear information on this in the data sheet.

Hi,

If the DP2 and DP3 are unused, they can either be left floating or tied to GND.

What about the SSRX & SSTX signals?
Can you please comment on this one as well?

Hi,

same apples to SSTX SSRX, or any of the high speed differential pins. If unused, leaving the pins floating or tied to ground is ok.
