We would the TPS37043DJOFDDFR work for you?

It is a 3 Ch device, a undervoltage monitor for all 3 Ch, output is open-drain active low.

Sense1 Vth = 2.937V Sense2 Vth= 1.068V and Sense3 is an adjustable threshold, which will require resistor divider to monitor the 2.5V rail.
