Did you swap the ends of your output? (Some supplies don't output negative voltage, so you need to swap the ends to get a positive voltage). Let me know

Also, can you add a ceramic cap from Vin to GND?

Thank you for your quick reply.
Add a ceramic cap(100uF) from Vin to GND doesn't work.
I think I was too timid.
When the current limit value of the power supply was increased to 500 mA, the desired -5V was come out.
When the power is turned on/off several times, the output does not come out.
Changing the 100nF capacitor that depends on the VIN pin by 1.0uF provides a stable operation.
