I will share this E2E post to our customer so he can reply when needed.
I have several shipments of PN PTH05020WAH and some units' convertor package is black, but a few others I received are white. Looking to verify that these devices are both the same part number as the labels indicate. Have been using these devices for a long time and this is the first time I've seen this. Is this difference just standard manufacturing deviation? Could not determine anything from other forum posts, the datasheet, or the package markings because they are covered by a label.
