TPSI3050-Q1: Rpxfr choose

Part Number: TPSI3050-Q1

Hi Tilden,

My customer want use 10kohm Rpxfr to replace 11kohm at 40% duty cycle. The reason to do it is because 11kohm is not common in Lab, 10kohm is more common that will be better for tunning in Lab. May I know if we can use 10kohm to replace 11kohm? if not, what issue will lead to for change?

  • Hello Amber,

Thanks for reaching out to our team on E2E. 11 kohm is common 1% resistor value. We cannot guarantee how the device will interpret Rpxfr values outside of these values in Table 8-1, we recommend they use 11 kohm if possible. The device may interpret the 10 kohm resistor as 9.09 kohm and select the lower duty cycle.
