I have reviewed your schematic and no critical design issues found

Minor recommendation: Add a small 0.1 µF capacitor in parallel with the VCC capacitor for high-frequency decoupling

Hi Chase

LM5148-Q1 has no strict ESR min/max; use <20 mΩ for ceramic caps to ensure stability (datasheet allows wide range for optimal transient/loop response).
