TL5001: TL5001CDR, issue with Vout voltage regulation

Part Number: TL5001

Hello,

In one of the projects, we designed a high-voltage buck converter based on the TL5001CDR requirements:

  • Vin: 400-450 VDC
  • Vout: regulated from 100-300 VDC
  • Iout max: 5A
  • Fsw: 40-80kHz
  • Used half bridge gate driver: UCC27714DR
  • L inductor parameters: 1.5mH/10A

Below is a simplified schematic:

The converter works, but we have a problem with regulating the voltage above 120VDC at the output when VIN = 400VDC.

Below is a fragment of our schematic with a complete feedback loop:

The TL5001A documentation isn't very comprehensive regarding the compensation loop. We know that output voltage regulation is heavily dependent on the COMP input (pin 3).
Could you please help us or suggest a formula for the compensation loop we should use in our case?
Could the problem be too high feedback loop impedance? (Always above 480kOhm).

Best regards,
Marcin
