Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. TI only provides RθJA values at the conditions specified in the datasheet. There is no data for other PCB stackup and copper weights. Please remind me, what is the application and requirements? How much power is being dissipated in the FET?

Hello John, we are using this mosfet with half bridge driver DRV8161

Thanks for the update. The conduction loss in the FETs is dominant at the very low PWM frequency of 1.2kHz. The calculated conduction loss in each FET at 6A rms is about 0.5W which is within the capability (~2.5W max) of the 3.3x3.3mm SON package. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
