Hi team!
I have designed a BMS using the BQ7791500 in a stacked configuration for 6s cells. The issue I am having is when connecting the battery cells starting with BT1- and moving up the ladder, when I get to BT3+ the bleed resistor for BT6+ starts to get hot and eventually melts the solder holding it to the board. Schematic is attached for reference.
I have verifed there are no shorts or layout issues on the physical board. What am I missing here? Schem.pdf
