TPSM5D1806: TPSM5D1806: TPSM5D1806 Dual rail output configuration - Not getting required output voltage

Part Number: TPSM5D1806

Dear Team,

We are using the TPSM5D1806 DC-DC module to generate 3.7V and 1.8V, upon powering it we are not able to get the our required output (ie.,instead of 3.7v we are getting 3.5v and instead of 1.8v we are getting 3.3v).

Please find the attached pdf file.TPSM5D1806(U5).pdf.

Note: for 3.7v we increased feedabck resistor  64K to 68K but now output voltage increased to 3.9V, its not matched to our required value.

The input voltage is 12V, we are able to see the input voltage at the input.

  • Can you post the pcb layout and where you are making the measurements on the layout.   Mark where the positive and negative terminal are connected.

    Also, measure voltages at TP12, TP11, TP18 and TP20  to a point nearest pins 42, 43.

    Verify a periodic waveform on TP13, TP14, TP1 and TP2
