Hello,
bq20z45-R1 is connected across a 14.4V battery (4S). Vregs 2.5V and 3.3 V are all up.
Signals at Vcell+ , TOUT, Vbat are all good.
However, cannot communicate with the part.
I went to "Pro" Screen and tried to send SMB Command "08" to put the device in writeable mode in case something has happend to it during circuit build.
When tried the above, the following message poped up
bqEVSW
SMB Write Command Error
Error Code: No Acknowledge: VB_T2H_NACK
What is wrong and how it can be fixed?
