LM20333, problems with VIN range

Hello!


We are working with LM20333, and we are experimenting some problems with the input voltage range.
Basically, our design is exactly the same suggested by the webench of national.com (VOUT=5V) and works fine between 9 to 17.5V of VIN, but the VOUT voltage shutdown's when the VIN exceeds 18V.
Help. Somebody have information about this problem?
