BQ24032A - BQ24314 - BQ27510-G2 How to connect these together ?

Thank you so much for your reply. I just need to clarify that I DO need a battery Guage either way because I need to know the current status of the battery whether the battery charger IC requires it or not.

1 - Where can I get a thermistor to use with my battery http://uk.farnell.com/gp-batteries/nta2710/battery-li-ion-3-7v-4400mah-1s1p/dp/1848660 ? Can you specify any keywords that'll help me search ?

2 - The BQ2745-G1 http://www.ti.com/product/bq27425-g1 sounds really good, however it mentions that it is for LiCoO₂ batteries, mine is Li-Ion, please advise on that

Search on "thermistor" or "NTC".  You can also review TI's gas gauges and look at their EVMs and datasheets to see the thermistors used with them.

LiCoO2 is a Lithium Ion battery.  www.batteryuniversity.com is a good resource for a more indepth understanding of batteries.

Can you please have a look and recommend one from the 37 you see please! one that isn't US-stocked (not a fan of shipping charges) and to reiterate, the battery charger is charged by 5V USB and 5V AC adaptor, battery Voltage is 3.7 V, battery charge voltage is 4.2V, so which of the these would be suitable to me ?

You might need to use a different disty than Farnell.  These types of questions are better handled by the PIC.  From www.ti.com, click on technical support and then PIC.  The PIC will be able to find a way to get you the parts you need.

All the devices on the list are good.  However, they are going to me much more complicated to understand and use than the one I suggested.  From www.ti.com in your web browser, you can type <CTRL+F> and search the web page for "technical support".  It's under the "Design Support" heading.  PIC is short for "product information center"
