Is the PowerPAD of the TPS2041B in MSOP (DGN) package internally connected to GND like the TPS2042? Or is it left floating? The datasheet does not dscribe the thermal pad of the TPS2041B as an electrical pin. Should it be externally connected to GND or to an isolated copper plane?
