Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM22678
The datasheet of the LM22678 includes the information "Exposed Pad Connect to GND".
The heatsink of our project has to be isolated from GND. So my questions are:
Is the Exposed Pad internally connected to GND or is it isolated?
When isolated, what is the maximum voltage allowed between GND and the Exposed Pad?
