  • Dear Texas Team,

Can you confirm that this is the part number from the version avionics LMZ14201EXTTZ/NOPB?

If the avionics version can be purchased at the usual distributors. Why datasheet says “If Military/Aerospace specified devices are required, please contact the National Semiconductor Sales Office/Distributors for availability and specifications.”?

    Thank you.

    Best Regards.

However, these parts are not radiation-hardened.
