TPS63061 Vout regulation with Vin = 14V

I know that the absolute maximum rating for Vin on the TPS63061 is 17 Volts. My application requires a 14 Volt input to the TPS chip. The device that I plan to connect to the TPS63061 5 Volt output draws 2.2 Amps.  The datasheet calls for a Vin of 2.5 to 12 Volt. Will the TPS63061 be able to provide a regulated output voltage of 5 volts even with a 14 Volt Vin?
