There’s some information that I need that I’m having some trouble tracking down. The thermal model for the gate drive board I’m designing is being built up, but many of the components on my board do not have theta jc values listed on their datasheets (thermal resistance, junction to case). The majority of the components with the missing information are from TI:
· UCC28C43D – BiCMOS LOW-POWER CURRENT-MODE PWM CONTROLLER
TPS40193_SYNCHRONOUS BUCK CONTROLLER
Do you know anyone at TI who might be able to get us the necessary information? Could you forward the message to them? Any assistance you could give us would be most appreciated.
