TPS40190 - enable pin sinking current?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS40190

Design using TPS40190, TI power controller. In our configuration we have connected up the enable pins of all 4 controllers on our card to a common backplane signal. Our equivalent pull-up value per card is about 3.3KOhms to our 5V supply, and equivalent pull-down to ground is 25KOhms.  We are seeing that as we begin to plug more cards into our chassis, thus changing the equivalent pull-up and pull-down values we are seeing about a 0.25V voltage drop on the enable pins of each of the cards. We suspect that the TPS40190 part’s enable pin is sinking current and would like to know why this may be the case.

Can someone please confirm our suspicians or provide a suggestion on what to do to resolve?
