HI,

I need a boost to take a 2.8-3.2Vin and generate a 3.8v out need 1.6A max and 150mA min. Quiescent current is very important so I was looking at the LMR61428 but I don't see a datasheet - is this part released? Is there a better option?

Hi Calum,

Denislav is correct, this product is released just today. It may take a few days for the product folder to refresh with the datasheet. In the meantime, I've attached the datasheet in this post.

Hi Calum,

The LMR61428 won't be able to support your design requirements. The design exceeds the device current limit. My suggestion is to take a look of the TPS63020.
