Questions on TPS51427A datasheet

Hi there,

On the datasheet page 34, Shutdown and Standby Control Logic Table, there is two Channel 1 written. The right hand side should be Channel 2 right?

Inside the table found that there was blank on channel EN1 and EN2. The blank means don't care logic right?
