Can you please clarify the maximum reflow temperature, time allowed, and cycles the LM2991SX/NOPB can handle? I have found conflicting information. Please verify for our manufacturing process:
The absolute maximum for the NOPB (aka RoHS version) of the lm2991 is listed here with a 230C maximum lead temperature. The snip below came from page 3 of the LM2991SX/NOPB datasheet.
However, according to the RoHS declaration sheet, the LM2991SX/NOPB can withstand a peak body temperature of 245C for 30 seconds with a maximum amount of 4 cycles.
