how to close loop with tl5001

I use the circuit same as a application note. But modify the gate drive with the high side gate drive circuit. It's not have a voltage at output like a voltage can't across SD of mosfet. by at the pass I use this circuit with open loop with the external  power supply and divide voltage  for pin 3 .The voltage at output is correct. I think a short circuit protection pin is on for safe a mosfet. but I connect a capacitor 1uF at this pin. May I miss take something.
