Hi,
I have already used the association UCD9246/UCD7242 but would like for a new project to switch to the UCD74120 because there is a need for higher current (18A).
The datasheet (October 2012) is quite light and does not provide any loss curve upon Vin, not Iout, nor Frequency.
Is is possible to get more information somewhere about this device ?
It could not find any evaluation board , nor reference design. Are there some available ?
