Hi,  

Is there any sequence requiremnet between VBAT, EN and PWM at TPS61181 Power ON? If yes, what is the reqreuirement?

And is it OK to connect EN and PWM to Supply Voltage on TPS61181 board design?

    Tanaka-san,

    There is no sequence requirement for VBAT, EN and DCTRL (PWM). The maximum voltage at the EN and DCTRL (PWM) is 20V. If the supply voltage is less than 20V, it is OK to connect the EN and DCTRL pins to VBAT. If VIN voltage is higher than 20V, it is not.
