I am using the EV2200 evaluation kit to access the BQ2050H. How do I program the initial capacity of the battery to correspond with the LED indicators?

    I may not understand your question. Table 2 in the datasheet has the selection tree to setup the device for your pack capacity. You will remove the appropriate resistors shown on the schematic on page 3 of the DM2050H bq2050H Li-Ion Power Gauge™ Demonstration Module document.
