Is TPS23753A possible to work with this condition? Input->DC12V to PoE voltage, output->5V/15W

TPS23753A should be used with type 1 applications only (<13W input power at RJ45). TPS23756 is a type 2 PD + controller that can work with wide input range adapters and the TPS23756EVM can support 5V at 25W output from a 12V adapter.

Can we use Coilcraft JA4456-DL_ for TPS23753A?

Because when we use PoE input, output is under 13W, and when we use adapter, we need 15W.
