BQ27200 REGISTER DEFINITIONS

Hello,

What are and how do Nominal Available Capacity (NAC) and Last Measured Discharge (LMD) relate? How does the RSOC (relative state of charge) factor in with the NAC and LMD? What are the differences between EDV1 and EDVF?

Thanks,

John

  • RSOC = NAC / LMD

EDV1 is the voltage that should represent ~6.25% remaining capacity under nominal temperature and load.  NAC and RSOC will jump to 6.25% when this voltage is reached during discharge.

EDVF is the voltage at which 0% will be forced.
