Schematic Problems with UCD74120 in Fusion Design Tool

There is a filter which is built when I am creating a supply with the UCD74120 with the DCR measurement methodology.  The schematic and datasheet screen shots are captured within the attachment called Filter_Schematic_Comparison_Tool_to_Datasheet.pdf.  Why are RS1 and RS2 connected differently?  Which is correct?
