6835.TPS65072.pdfI have 3 boards failed to power up.
I disconnected the output.
Vbat = 3.9V
Vsys is 3.8V
AVDD6=3.8V
Power_ON is 3.8V
I toggled PB_IN, PGOOD is toggled with PB_IN ( PB_IN = 0, PGOOD =0, if PB_IN = 1 then PGOOD = 1).
The PGOOD is not affected by the POWER_ON signal. Regardless POWER_ON =0 or 1, when I release PB_IN from 0 to 1, PGOOD is always toggling from 0 to 1
EN_DCDC1 = 1 (3.8V). DCDC1 output is 0.7V without load. VLDO1 = 0.7V without load. VLED = 3.8V.
The TPS65072 is not power up, but PGOOD is toggling. What could cause this behaviour?
