TPS2113A LOWER COST SOLUTION

We have a customer trying to implement the logic bounded by the red dashed line in the attached schematic. The TPS2113A would work well in this application, but it is too expensive. The customer would like a solution around half the price of the TPS2113A (around $0.40 would be acceptable). Does TI have any other lower cost solution for this function?

The previous answer assumes that you are interested in discussiong pricing issues. You can also look at building something out of load switches (TPS229xx) , assuming that you are looking to eliminate the diode voltage drop.
