Hi All

I want to know what is the maximum output current of LM2991 LDO. As mentioned in features section in datasheet it says that its output current is 1A max. Where as the characteristics section says that its output current is 2A max. In my application input is -9V and output is -5V @ 1.5A. Can I use this LDO to generate this supply.
