LM2655 loop compensation

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM2655

I'd like to do a verification of the loop compensation of an existing LM2655 design, but it seems the data sheet information is incomplete. Anyone left from National who knows this device?

The small signal model for a current controlled converter is first a voltage controlled current source (Gm amplifier) with its output at the compensation pin. The datasheet states the transconductance as 1250 umho. DC gain is specified at 100, which means the output resistor of the Gm amplifier is 80k (as confirmed somewhere else in the data sheet). But the power stage gain (in A/V) is missing - there are specs for the error amplifier output swing limits, but I do not see how they could relate to the output gain. Any ideas?

Thanks!
