LM20133 switching P-channel MOSFET body diode

Hello,

Is there is an internal reverse-voltage protection diode between the Vin and SW pins (connected in reverse between drain and source of the top switching FET)?

The Data Sheet does say that the output will not sink current which implys a reverse blocking diode. Let's see what the device engineers say.

Hi,

The body diode of the high side (top) switching FET will prevent the SW voltage from going a diode above VIN.
