Hello,
Is there is an internal reverse-voltage protection diode between the Vin and SW pins (connected in reverse between drain and source of the top switching FET)?
Thanks.

Hi - Thank you for your inquiry. I'm forwarding your question to the Application Engineer in charge of this project.

The Data Sheet does say that the output will not sink current which implys a reverse blocking diode. Let's see what the device engineers say.
Hi,
The body diode of the high side (top) switching FET will prevent the SW voltage from going a diode above VIN.

Mike,
Thanks. Is it possible to document the body diode in the datasheet for future reference?
