Dear all,
I am currently designing a power supply based on the BQ24075 and a TPS63020. Both will go on the same PCB, the output of the BQ24075 connected to the input of the TPS63020 (which is set to 5V output). In the application diagram of the TPS63020, we have 2 x 10uF and a 0.1uF at the input of the TPS63030, whereas the BQ24075 should go with a 4.7uF - 47uF on the output. If I combine the two ICs, should I maintain all 4 capacitors in between, positioning the 0.1uF very close to the TPS63030 and say a 4.7uF very close to the BQ24075 with the two 10uF in between, or should I reduce capacitors here? I would like to get the both ICs as close as possible.
Thanx for any hints!
