My customer have a question about PGND connection of LM21305.
Could you tell me why customer should connect the PAD to PGND?
Customer would like to know by technical view point.
Datasheet shows as follows,
Exposed pad at the back of the device. The PAD should be connected to PGND, but
cannot be used as primary ground connection. Use multiple vias under the PAD for
optimal thermal performance.
