TPS63030/1 - output 0V when EN low?

Hi~

Out customer will use TPS63030/TPS63031.

When Enable pin is low, what is output level? Our customer want 0V.

If see datasheet, it is stated as following :

" the output voltage can drop below the input voltage during shutdown"
