 I need Radiation Data on the UC1901. Is this available?

    I'm still checking to see if there's data available for this specific device.  Depending on what you are looking for, our radiation expert could possibly make some comments on representative performance based on process.

    Hi Lisa

     I'm confused. This is a Space Qualified part and there's no Radiation data?? Thats strange.

    Let me know if there is any data so I can determine if the part is usable. I need at least 100K Rad for this application.

    QMLV does not state radiation performance, only Space quality flow and 20 year operation. Space radiation levels can vary depending on Orbit and mission from less than 1kRAD to MegaRAD. Customers must determine this. The UC1901 is ELDRS and will not perform to specifications in space environment. We do have some process fixes, but this requires NRE. We can also quote TID and SEE testing on any TI part.
