  • Hi Michael,

    You need to remove the inductor from the sense line. It should be a direct connection between this pin and the load.

    Other than that, it looks pretty good.

    Thanks for your feedback, this is ferrite bead which I'm using for filtering unwanted noise into the feedback loop.

    At the start, when the loop is stabilizing, an small resistor of 49.9ohms is connected directly to the output.

    I saw other designs using the same technic but with different power models (which also have sensing) .

    Are you sure the ferrite bead can do more harm then good in this type of power module?

    BTW, the load is about 1" far from the power module output, and there are many SERDES lines (like PCIe Gen 2.0, SATA 2 

    and SGMII at the area).
