VRM model for PTH power modules

Hello,

I need to model pth08t250waz, pth08t230waz, pth08t220waz and ptv12010wah using four element VRM model with the parameter of  slew inductance(Lskew), Flat Resistance(Rflat), Output inductance (Lout), Output Resistance(Ro). I was not able to get the values from the datasheet. Please suggest me the method to find the values, it would be helpful.
