I am working on LM-3405 in this there is a option of PWM Dimming can you please tell me
how this is possible ?

Please refer to page 11 of the LM3405 datasheet, or pages 1-2 of the LM3405 demo board application note (http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/snva222a/snva222a.pdf). There is no internal PWM, so this signal must be provided by an external source.
