The datasheet for the LM25574 states that the operating frequency range extends up to 1 Mhz, potentially limited by constraints of input and output voltage.
When I use the Webench design tool for the LM25574, it offers that frequency range. However, if I use Webench for an inverting buck-boost configuration of the LM25574, it offers a range that only extends to 500 kHz. Is that correct? Is there a limitation using that topology that is different from a simple buck topology? Or is the 500 kHz limit erroneous (perhaps carried over from the LM5574)?
